Juventus took a 1-0 lead on Sassuolo Friday thanks to some incredible footwork and dribbling by Juan Cuadrado and a beautiful curling shot by Paulo Dybala.

Serie A's first-place team broke a scoreless deadlock in the 36th minute thanks to the work of the two South American stars. Cuadrado and Dybala worked a give-and-go, with the Colombian midfielder back-heeling a one-touch pass to the Argentine forward, who returned it with one touch of his own. Cuadrado then did more heavy lifting with a masterful run down the right before finding Dybala, who uncorked a left-footed shot that bent into the net for his team-leading 15th goal of the season.

The goal–the only tally in a 1-0 win–was quite the way to tune up for this coming week's decisive Champions League round-of-16 second leg vs. Bayern Munich.

There was notable news on the other end of the field for Juventus, too, as goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon pulled within three minutes of the Serie A shutout streak, which stands at 929 minutes (Sebastiano Rossi, AC Milan).
