Watch: Dani Alves saves Brazil with last-minute WCQ equalizer

The Barcelona fullback salvaged a 2-2 draw for Brazil with Paraguay in a road World Cup qualifying match.

With Brazil facing a World Cup qualifying loss and pressure mounting on manager Dunga, Dani Alves provided a heroic strike.

The Barcelona fullback scored a goal in the final moments of stoppage time, salvaging a 2-2 draw for Brazil at Paraguay. With Neymar and David Luiz out suspended, Brazil fell behind 2-0, but clawed back late.

Veteran, 35-year-old forward Ricardo Oliveira sliced the deficit in half in the 79th minute, providing a lifeline. Dani Alves made good on it as time wound down. He took a pass from Willian, cut inside and curled a left-footed attempt by goalkeeper Justo Villar, stunning the home crowd in Asuncion and rescuing a point for the Selecao.
