Leicester City is closing on what would be a historic and the most improbable Premier League title. The Foxes, who were fighting relegation at this point last season and were 5,000-to-1 preseason odds to win it all this season, lead the league by seven points with three games to play.

On their tail is North London club Tottenham, which is in need of multiple Leicester slip-ups in those final matches after settling for a 1-1 home draw vs. West Brom on Monday. Leicester can win the title outright on Sunday at Old Trafford, when the Foxes take on Manchester United. If not then, any combination of three points from the club's final matches against United, Everton and Chelsea will secure the trophy no matter what Tottenham does in its final matches.

As the two teams hit the home stretch of the EPL season, follow the chase for the Premier League crown along with their remaining fixtures:

Below are the remaining schedules for the clubs, both of which finish the season away from home. Leicester ends its campaign at Chelsea–where Foxes manager Claudio Ranieri was unceremoniously dumped in favor of Jose Mourinho in 2004.
