Jose Mourinho will take over as Manchester United manager next season, with a club announcement to follow Saturday’s FA Cup final, according to multiple reports.

BeIN Sports and AS.com report that Mourinho will sign a three-year deal to replace Louis van Gaal. BBC confirmed the report Saturday afternoon, adding that the team plans to announce the move next week.

AS reports Mourinho’s agent negotiated with the club weeks ago and that Mourinho has signed a pre-contract agreement with the team.

United finished fifth in the EPL and failed to qualify for next year’s Champions League. Mourinho could reportedly receive up to €15 million per season as an overhaul of the squad begins. Van Gaal has one year left on his contract.
