3: Consecutive tournaments in which Samantha Stosur and Maria Kirilenko have met. Stosur won a three-setter at the U.S. Open and Kirilenko won three-setters in Toyko and Beijing. The Aussie is 1-2 since winning the U.S. Open, with both losses to the Russian.

12: Consecutive games won by Tomas Berdych in his 6-1, 6-0 win over Fernando Verdasco in the China Open quarterfinals Friday.

64: Victories this season for both Novak Djokovic and Rafael Nadal, who can pass the Serb for the ATP lead with a win against Mardy Fish in the Japan Open semifinals Saturday.

62: Victories this season for Caroline Wozniacki, a WTA high.

140: Main-draw wins for Flavia Pennetta since the start of 2009, second most on Tour behind Wozniacki's 191, according to the WTA. Pennetta upset Wozniacki in the China Open quarterfinals Friday.
