Watch: Djokovic smashes racket in Shanghai final, Murray follows suit

Before mounting his comeback on Sunday, things weren't going too well for Novak Djokovic in the Shanghai Masters final against Andy Murray. (You can read what I wrote on the match here.) Serving at 5-5 in a first set that included seven breaks in 12 games, Djokovic erupted after he failed to hold despite building a 40-0 lead. Djokovic lost six consecutive points to drop the game to Murray, who then served out the set. The Serb unleashed the racket smash to end all racket smashes, crushing it three times before turning to add a fourth and then hucking it toward his bench for good measure. Shades of Vera Zvonareva in Charleston?

Compare that to Murray's "smash" (gentle toss, more like) in the second set.
