Rafael Nadal: 21

Rafael Nadal finally ended his drought against Novak Djokovic, winning 6-3, 6-1 in a monumental (albeit lopsided) final at the 2012 Monte Carlo Masters. It was his first win over Djokovic since 2010, and gave Nadal his 20th Masters 1000 shield. That number briefly set the mark for the most titles. Nadal won again at the Italian Open and Roger Federer won in Madrid and Cincinnati to grab a share of the record. Since the creation of the Masters Series in 1990, there have been 57 different winners at Masters 1000 tournaments, and of those winners, 32 have won more than 1 title.
