Mardy Fish has withdrawn from next week's Tallahassee Tennis Challenger, citing "personal reasons."

Fish was awarded a wild card earlier this month to the $50,000 ATP Challenger event as he attempts a return to the tour after taking seven months off to recover from complications surrounding a heart arrhythmia, which was diagnosed last spring. Fish has played just two tournaments since the U.S. Open, including this week's Savannah Challenger, where he lost his opener to to No. 103 Ruben Ramirez Hidalgo 2-6, 6-2, 6-4.
