In the accompanying interview, Sharapova reveals that she's planning to launch her Sugarpova candy brand in London and Paris later this year; reiterates her love for fashion designers Alexander McQueen, Vera Wang, Marc Jacobs and Bottega Veneta; and says she finally understands why men are obsessed with watches.
"Men, unlike women, do not wear much jewelry or rotate accessories daily," she said. "So a watch is an important fashion statement to them, and the value of a piece is maintained over time. Every man should own a good watch that will be useful for any holiday occasion."
So there you go, gentlemen. Go out there and buy yourselves something nice.
