Roger Federer provided a highlight moment in the very first game of his 6-3, 6-2, 6-0 victory over Victor Hanescu in the first round of Wimbledon on Monday.

After being drawn into the net, Federer moved to cover a potential cross-court backhand from Hanescu. When Hanescu tried to go behind him instead with a shot more up the line, Federer hit a sensational stab forehand volley winner to hold serve. (It's the first point in the video above.)

Federer needed only 68 minutes to dispatch Hanescu as the seven-time champion opened defense of his Wimbledon title.
