2013 BTB Awards: Fashion misses

The Beyond The Baseline awards are our look back at the best — and worst — of the tennis season. Today we highlight some of the worst fashion statements on the court. Click here for our complete archive of year-end awards.
Svetlana Kuznetsova (French Open and U.S. Open): I mean, what is any of that? (Patrick Kovarik/AFP/Getty Images; Maddie Meyer/Getty Images)
Roger Federer (French Open): No collar? A plain grayish crew-neck T-shirt? I dare say Federer looks like a mere mortal. Roger Federer should never look like a mere mortal. (Clive Brunskill/Getty Images)
Caroline Wozniacki (U.S. Open): Stella McCartney’s 50 Shades of Blue is a miss. The cutouts on the sides and her space jacket don’t help either. (Emmanuel Dunand/AFP/Getty Images; Jason Szenes/EPA)
Lleyton Hewitt (Australian Open): There's just ... a lot going on there. (Marianna Massey/Getty Images)
Jelena Jankovic (Spring): Unless that skirt was made up of receipts, there's no reason Jankovic should look like she's been put through a shredder. (Stephen Dunn/Getty Images)
Rafael Nadal (French Open): Nadal's 2013 kits weren't bad, but they were rarely memorable. I miss the days when Nike made Nadal look like a popsicle. Let’s get back to the use of colors and patterns. (Michel Euler/AP)
Maria Sharapova (Australian Open): It's never good when it looks like you've got a huge mustard stain on your chest. (Barbara Walton/EPA/Landov)
Serena Williams' Nike Blazer (U.S. Open): Nike keeps trying to make blazers happen, whether they be on Williams, Federer or Sharapova. Nike needs to let it go. It doesn't work. (Matthew Stockman/Getty Images)
Tomas Berdych (Indian Wells, and just about everywhere else):As stylish as Berdych was off the court, he was a boring, ill-fitted mess on it. I sure hope H&M is paying him a lot of money. (Danny Moloshok/Reuters)
Eugenie Bouchard (U.S. Open): Poor Bouchard looks like she was standing near an oil spill when a bus drove by. (Anthony Gruppuso/USA TODAY Sports)
Victoria Azarenka (U.S. Open): Nike has to do better for Azarenka. (Emmanuel Dunand/AFP/Getty Images)
Mona Barthel (Australian Open):
