Fabio Fognini bares all in the August issue of British Cosmopolitan to raise awareness for Cancer Research UK.

What do we learn from the hot-headed Italian's photo shoot? He has a tattoo of one of Snow White's seven dwarfs on his hip. And of course it would be Grumpy.

“I have seven different tattoos, but the one that sums up my approach to life is ‘NMM,’ which stands for non mollare mai – ‘never give up’ in Italian," Fognini told the magazine. "You must always be in top shape as the ATP World Tour is more and more competitive each year. I run, go to the gym and travel with a physio all the time. Health is the most important thing in life, together with love.”

The 15th-ranked Fognini lost in the third round of Wimbledon, where he was fined a total of $29,500 for unsportsmanlike conduct and using a profanity. Fognini was fined $27,500 for outbursts during his first-round victory, when he berated the chair umpire and a tournament supervisor and damaged the court after breaking a racket. He earned about $121,000 for reaching the third round.

"We [Italians] are very spontaneous and show our emotions. You always know what is going on inside of our head," he said to Cosmo.

Never doubted that for a second, Fabio.
