Isner, Sock picked for U.S. against Australia's Tomic, Kyrgios

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. (AP) John Isner, Jack Sock and the Bryan twins will represent the United States against Australia in the first round of the Davis Cup next month.

U.S. captain Jim Courier's roster was announced Tuesday.

It will be Lleyton Hewitt's first Davis Cup competition as Australia's captain. His players for the March 4-6 matches on an outdoor grass court in Kooyong, Australia, will be Bernard Tomic, Nick Kyrgios, Sam Groth and John Peers.

The U.S. and Australia have met 45 times in Davis Cup play, with the Americans holding a 25-20 edge.

The winner of this first-round matchup will face Belgium or Croatia in the quarterfinals in July.
