Duan sets up Jiangxi Open final against King

NANCHANG, China (AP) Duan Yingying overcame Misa Eguchi of Japan 6-4, 7-6 (7) at the Jiangxi Open semifinals on Saturday to set up a title match against sixth-seeded Vania King of the United States.

Unseeded Duan got the key break in the 10th game to wrap up the first set and led the second set 4-1. Eguchi fought back to force the tiebreaker, which Duan won to continue her surprise run in the tournament.

Risa Ozaki of Japan struggled with her first serve against King as the American broke early in both sets to ease to a 6-2, 6-2 victory.
