BASEL, Switzerland (AP) Second-seeded Milos Raonic of Canada lost to Ricardas Berankis of Lithuania, a player ranked 87 places below him, in the Swiss Indoors first round on Tuesday.

World No. 4 Raonic took the first set against his 91st-ranked opponent before falling to a 3-6, 6-3, 6-3 loss.

The 26-year-old Berankis now has two career wins against top 10 players, after also beating Raonic indoors in Moscow two years ago.

Sixth-seeded Grigor Dimitrov of Bulgaria also let a lead slip as Gilles Muller of Luxembourg rallied for a 6-7 (9), 6-4, 6-4 win.

Dimitrov took only one of the 10 break point chances he created in losing to the 33-year-old left-hander.

Top-seeded Stan Wawrinka was in action later Tuesday against fellow Swiss Marco Chiudinelli, a 119th-ranked wild card entry.
