After finishing the year ranked No. 88, Gibbs joins the podcast from Carson, Calif., as she enters her offseason. The 23-year-old American talks about her plans for the offseason, her assessment of the 2016 season, the reason why she made a racket change for the 2017 season and more. After attending and playing tennis at Stanford, Gibbs also talks about why she chose to play college tennis and why it was one of the best decisions she made.
