Dolson, Hill lead Mystics over Sun 84-73

WASHINGTON (AP) Stefanie Dolson scored 21 points, Tayler Hill added a career-high 20 and the Washington Mystics beat the Connecticut Sun 84-73 on Sunday.

Dolson was 6 of 9 from the floor and made all nine of her free throws, and Hill was 7 of 10 from the field, including 4 of 5 from 3-point range. Washington (13-8) shot 49 percent and made 28 of 33 free throws.

Kelsey Bone led the Sun (11-10) with 19 points. Shekinna Stricklen had 16, and Alyssa Thomas added 14 points and tied her career high with 11 rebounds. Alex Bentley, who scored a career-high 31 points in an 86-72 home win over Washington on Friday night, had just two points, giving her 1,001 for her career.

Washington never trailed, led by 12 at halftime and was ahead by 19 early in the final quarter.
