Fever rally from 14-point halftime deficit, beat Sparks

LOS ANGELES (AP) Tamika Catchings had 20 points and seven rebounds to help the Indiana Fever beat the Los Angeles Sparks 79-68 on Tuesday night for their seventh win in eight games since the All-Star break.

Indiana won at Los Angeles for the first time since 2010, snapping its seven-game losing streak in the series.

Briann January added 16 points and Marissa Coleman had 14 for Indiana (15-9). The Fever made 10 3-pointers, led by Coleman's three.

Los Angeles opened the fourth quarter on an 8-3 run for a 58-57 lead. But Indiana scored the next six as Los Angeles went scoreless for nearly 3 minutes. Coleman's 3-pointer at the 2:24 mark extended the Fever's lead to 73-64. Los Angeles made just one field goal in the final 4 minutes.

Candace Parker had 25 points, 10 rebounds, six assists and a franchise-record eight steals for Los Angeles (8-17). Ana Dabovic scored 12, all in the first half.
