An ACC coach told FOX Sports that based on what he's seen on film, he believes about half the conference's teams do not have one player who would start for Florida State this season.

The defending national champs have topped the nation in a number of preseason rankings, including the AP poll, the USA Today Coaches Poll, and the SI.com preseason Top 25. Two other ACC teams made the AP preseason rankings: Clemson at No. 16, and North Carolina at No. 23.

Heisman Trophy betting odds 2014: Jameis Winston still favored

The Seminoles return Heisman Trophy winner Jameis Winston, who headlines SI.com's preseason All-America team, as well as a host of other key players, including leading receiver Rashad Greene and seniors Cam Erving and Tre' Jackson. Florida State only saw four players from last season leave early for the NFL.

In 2013, the Seminoles went 14-0, including an 8-0 run through the ACC.

The ACC welcomes in newcomer Louisville in 2014 after the departure of Maryland to the Big Ten.
