Concession Food Item of the Week: The Pulled Pork Parfait

PulledPorkParfait

There are... there are no words. The pulled pork parfait is a thing that exists and that is something that should be acknowledged, and in some respects, celebrated. Let's just get right to business:

WHAT DO THEY CALL THIS WITCHCRAFT?: The Pulled Pork Parfait (or The Porkfait, if you will).

WHAT COMPRISES SUCH A THING?: Layers upon layers of pulled pork and mashed potatoes, delicately topped with chives. The recipe doesn't call for ice cream at the moment, but you can dare to dream.

WAIT, SERIOUSLY THIS IS A THING?: Yes.

WHO HATH WROUGHT THIS MONSTROSITY: Miller Park, home of the Milwaukee Brewers.

Miller Park? Is that the same Miller Park that also serves up previous concession item of the week 'The Beast': Yes, and thank for being a dedicated reader of the concession food item of the week series.

HOW MANY CALORIES WE TALKIN’?: There's no reputable listing of the amount of calories in this item, but I'm guessing that the type of person who would order this thing isn't inclined to closely monitor calorie counts.

CAN I FOLLOW IT ON TWITTER?: That's a super weird question, but yes, in fact, you can:

HOW MUCH DOES THIS BAD BOY COST?: $7
