Iowa and Iowa State police talk trash on Twitter before rivalry game

Iowa State plays Iowa this weekend. This is a big deal in The Hawkeye State (or The Cylone State; we're not picking sides), so the schools' campus police departments decided to talk a little trash.
It started with this cheesy knock-knock joke:
So what if Iowa State lost to two quality opponents (No. 20 Kansas State and three-time defending FCS champion North Dakota State), while Iowa beat Northern Iowa and Ball State? A win is a win and the Cyclones don't have any.
Iowa State responded with a truly unassailable argument. Yeah, well we've got more followers than you:
No need for a knock-knock joke here, @UIowa_Police. The numbers speak for themselves. @ISUPD wins! #BeatIowa pic.twitter.com/c6VWlNrEkE

Maybe Iowa students are just smart enough to keep the police at an arm's length.
