San Francisco Giants fans can pay to skip the security line

Waiting in line is terrible. It's why people hate the post office, the bank and the airport. Waiting in line at the ballpark would make going to games a whole lot less fun. So one company is letting San Francisco Giants fans cut the line.

MLB is requiring metal detectors at all 30 stadiums next year and some teams are getting a head start by implementing them in the final weeks of this season.

With longer lines at security checkpoints expected, a company called CLEAR is expanding its airport security clearance services to include AT&T Park in San Francisco. For the low, low price of $179, you can save an entire handful of minutes by skipping the line and heading straight into the stadium.

If you have a friend without a CLEAR card, though, they have to wait with the rest of the unwashed masses.
