We first heard about Amar'e Stoudemire's red wine baths back in October, when the Knicks forward posted a selfie while having a soak. Recently, Stoudemire invited ESPN The Magazine's Sam Alipour to try it out with him.

Amar'e  doesn't fill the tub in his bathroom with a few bottles of red. He goes to Aire Ancient Baths in New York's SoHo neighborhood, where the mixture of Matarromera Crianza Spanish red wine and Antioxidant Red Grape Bath is heated to 98 degrees.

First NBA fashion show will be part of All-Star weekend

The bath is part of a spa package that includes a 90-minute massage and costs $500, or $550 on the weekend. Amar'e said in October that the process "soothes the body."

Maybe if everyone else on the Knicks tried this hard to keep themselves fresh the team would win more than 10 games this season.
