Barry Bonds is recovering from being sick in a hyperbaric chamber

Former San Francisco Giants outfielder Barry Bonds is down for the count with some sort of illness and is attempting to recover inside a swanky hyperbaric chamber, according to his Instagram account.

Former San Francisco Giants outfielder Barry Bonds is down for the count with some sort of illness and is attempting to recover inside a swanky hyperbaric chamber, according to his Instagram account.

"Unfortunately, I caught this bug that everyone's got so I'll be out of commission for a few days, then I'll be back. Thanks for the support," a hoodied, raspy Bonds said in his post. 

In perhaps a wise move, Bonds did not make any reference to medication or drugs of any kind used to treat the illness.
