Twitter troll takes on LA Galaxy and loses badly
A Twitter troll decided to take aim at the Los Angeles Galaxy on Monday, with a classic troll move of a bait and switch, asking the club to tweet him happy birthday, before spewing invective at the squad.
Fortunately for us, the troll pushed his game outside his knowledge of MLS, at which point the Galaxy regained the upper hand and ended the interaction with a perfect response.

While promotion and relegation are the norm in European soccer leagues, MLS has a traditional American structure with teams remaining in MLS regardless of where they finish in the standings. Commissioner Don Garber recently reiterated at the Sloan Sports Analytics Conference that the league has no plans to adopt relegation soon.
Maybe this fan should get relegated from Twitter down to MySpace.
