Offbeat Photos of the Week

From John Daly's lastest fashion statement to a hole's eye view of a golf game, the above gallery is a compilation of the week's most offbeat photos (click here for full-size version). And when you're done with that, check out the wackiest photos of the college basketball season.

Definitive Ranking of Every American Gladiator

I love this piece, though I think Gemini got a raw deal.

NHL Jersey Fouls

The Caps fan with the customized "Man Juice" jersey is my favorite. Speaking of jersey fouls, if it didn't sink in when we mentioned it in Thursday's P.M. Hot Clicks, it bears repeating that the Sabres finally retired their hideous "Turd Burger" jerseys.

P.M. Lovely Lady of the Day

Melanie Clarke is ready for the NCAA Tournament. That kind of dedication earns her LLOD honors (click here for full-size gallery).

Sports Figures and Their Oversized Cell Phones

We searched our photo archives for sports figures using comically large cell phones and the results speak for themselves (though I realize it's hard to stare at anything but Ken Griffey Jr.'s amazing Jheri curl).

The Future of Archery

Meet two-year-old Dolly Shivani Cherukuri, a rising young archer in India who will make an attempt to put her name in the India Book of Records when she tries to record 200 points in five- and seven-meter distances later this month. I'm not sure what that means either but this video made me a Dolly fan.

Old Bolts Become Works of Art

Norway-based artist Tobbe Malm has created a whole new type of art.

This is similar to my quest to meet the other Andy Gray.

SI scored an exclusive clip from CHAMPS, which looks at boxing through the lens of Mike Tyson's, Evander Holyfield's and Bernard Hopkins's careers.

Bad Moments in Jeopardy

One of the uglier sequences in the game show's long, illustrious history.

Heavy Metal Drummer

Today's random song I can't get out of my head, courtesy of Wilco. Have a great weekend!
