You can thank Roger Federer for the popcorn emoji

Never again will the world's favorite movie snack be left out of emoji-only conversations, thanks in part to world No. 2 tennis player Roger Federer.
The 17-time major champion is a big fan of the picture-based messages, and in the spring he wondered on Twitter why the snack food was not represented among the options.
The entity that decides what goes into the popular pictorial keyboard recently announced the latest updates, and in addition to the long clamored for taco and burrito emojis, Federer's wish has been granted and he is very excited.
