Kings’ DeMarcus Cousins, Omri Casspi get muddy in the Dead Sea

A few Kings players are spending some time in Israel this off-season, which is the homeland of recently re-signed forward Omri Casspi.

As part of their travels, the team decided to hit the Dead Sea, famed for its purported healing properties thanks to its high mineral content. All-Star DeMarcus Cousins decided to take advantage by covering his body in mud from the sea’s banks.

Casspi and Cousins are joined by teammates Caron Butler and Rudy Gay in Israel, where they will take part in a basketball camp that also features NBA players Chandler Parsons, Tyreke Evans, Alan Anderson and Iman Shumpert, according to The Jerusalem Post.
