Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans is back at Texas A&M, his alma mater, on Saturday to see the Aggies take on the Crimson Tide of Alabama.
He was introduced to the crowd before the game sporting a Johnny Manziel Browns jersey.
Manziel, Evans’s teammate at A&M in 2012 and 2013, made headlines on Friday when news broke that he was pulled over following an argument with his girlfriend. Manziel admitted to having two drinks before the argument, and was not charged.
He and his girlfriend later released statements to clear the air, calling the incident nothing more than a dumb argument.
No. 9 Texas A&M kicked off its game with No. 10 Alabama at 3:30 p.m. ET.
