Michael Jordan has being trying to sell his mansion in the Chicago suburb of Highland Park, Ill., since 2012, when the property opened with a $29 million price tag, which has dropped sharply as the house remains on the market.

Now real estate agent Kofi Nartey is trying some unconventional advertising to garner more interest in the 56,000-square foot mansion, putting together a movie trailer-style video that highlights some of the features of the home.

The current price tag for the sprawling, nine-bedroom, 15-bath estate is $14,855,000, and as The Huffington Post notes, if you add up those digits, they come out to number 23, which is also emblazoned on the property’s front gates.

The clip focuses on the mansion’s massive entertaining areas, full gym and, of course, the full size basketball court, which is where the basketball mega star himself has played.
