Cubs get sand sculptures, custom deep dish pizza at fan convention

The Cubs are holding their annual fan convention this weekend, and after a 2015 that exceeded all expectations, the team is making sure the festival is one to remember.
One of the features of the event is a giant sand sculpture featuring a relief of manager Joe Maddon, courtesy of the team’s Class-A Advanced affiliate the Myrtle Beach Pelicans.
