Noah Syndergaard leaves quite the impression on his catcher

Mets starter Noah Syndergaard hit his catcher Kevin Plawecki so hard that it left a cross necklace impression under his chest protector.

Noah Syndergaard’s catcher now has two chains.

Kevin Plawecki took a pitch from Thor off the chest protector on Monday night, and it left quite the impression.

If you didn’t already know, Syndergaard throws really, really fast. He hit 100 mph 12 times in New York’s 5–1 victory over the Phillies. He also hit his catcher so hard that it left a cross necklace impression under his chest protector.
