Already in Week 8 of this NFL season we've seen a couple of huge fantasy performances: Titans RB DeMarco Murray rushed for 123 yards and a touchdown and caught one pass for five yards against the Jaguars on Thursday night, and Bengals TE Tyler Eifert—after being relatively ineffective last week—already has seven receptions for 85 yards and a touchdown in the fourth quarter in the Redskins-Bengals game in London.
