Roger Goodell discusses Los Angeles, daily fantasy, concussions

NFL commissioner Roger Goodell addressed the media Wednesday at the league’s owner’s meetings in New York, where he fielded questions on a potential Los Angeles franchise, concussions and the daily fantasy sports scandal.
On Monday, The New York times reported that employees from daily fantasy sites DraftKings and FanDuel have used insider information to win large jackpots on rival sites. Both sites responded Wednesday by announcing employees are no longer allowed to participate in public daily fantasy contests.
Goodell also spoke about the league’s ongoing appeal of a federal judge’s decision to overturn Tom Brady’s four-game suspension.
Re appeal of Brady decision, refers to "protecting CBA." Re discipline, not in favor of 3rd party arbitration. Translation: keeping power.
