Report: Junior Galette suspended two games for domestic violence incident

The NFL has suspended Washington Redskins linebacker Junior Galette for two games for his role in a January domestic violence incident, reports ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Galette was arrested on Jan. 5 in Kenner, La., and booked on misdemeanor charges of domestic violence and simple battery. Charges were dropped in February.
Galette signed a four-year contract extension with the New Orleans Saints worth a reported $41.5 million in Sept. 2014, but was released on July 24, 2015 for off-field issues. He signed with Washington on July 31 for the veteran’s minimum, but is out for the season after tearing his Achilles in August.
