Levi’s Stadium has turf issues before Super Bowl 50

Levi’s Stadium experienced some turf issues ahead of Super Bowl 50.
The stadium has had a history of turf problems. Last year, the team replaced 100 yards worth of the field. This season, the grass was re-sodded at least six times before Sunday’s game.
Ahead of the Super Bowl, groundskeepers adjusted some chunks of grass, while Broncos receivers seemingly had some issues planting their feet.
They're having some turf trouble at Levi's Stadium. Groundskeepers are walking around, picking up and/or flattening chunks of grass.

As I just said on live chat, it's slippery on Levi's Stadium turf. At least 2 #Broncos receivers have wiped out making the simplest of cuts.

A new turf was installed for the game in January.
