West Virginia's Juwan Staten drove to the basket and hit the game-winning layup with 3.9 seconds left to beat No. 8 Kansas 62-61 on Monday night.

Kansas' Perry Ellis had a chance for a game-winning shot, but he missed a layup with one second left.

Staten finished with 20 points and four assists. Perry led Kansas with 19 points, five rebounds and two assists.

After the game, WVU students stormed the court.
