Arkansas sophomore Bobby Portis has declared for the NBA draft, he announced on Tuesday.

The 6'11" power forward averaged 17.5 points, 8.9 rebounds and 1.4 blocks while shooting 53.6% from the field last season for the Razorbacks en route to being named SEC Player of the Year and an AP second-team All-American.

During his two seasons at Arkansas, he made 23 of his 63 three-point attempts.

After playing in the NIT as a freshman, Portis led the Razorbacks to a win over Wofford in the second round of the NCAA tournament this season before losing to North Carolina in the Round of 32.

Prior to March Madness, Sports Illustrated’s Chris Mannix had Portis ranked as the No. 17 player in the draft.
