Oklahoma RB Keith Ford to miss at least 2-3 weeks with foot fracture

Oklahoma running back Keith Ford will miss at least two-to-three weeks after fracturing his foot, coach Bob Stoops announced on Monday.

Ford suffered the injury during Saturday's 34-10 win over Tennessee, in which Ford rushed for 56 yards and a touchdown and added 35 receiving yards and another score. On the season, Ford leads the Sooners with 34 carries, 194 rushing yards and five rushing touchdowns.

With Ford out, freshman Samaje Perine and sophomore Alex Ross could receive more carries. 

The Sooners, which are 3-0 with wins over Louisiana Tech, Tulsa and Tennessee, face West Virginia (2-1) in both teams' Big 12 opener on Saturday in Morgantown, W.V.
