Over 11 games this season, Williams recorded team highs in receptions (29), receiving yards (471) and receiving touchdowns (7).

The 6-foot-4, 250-pound redshirt sophomore earned first-team All-Big Ten honors and was a finalist for the Mackey Award given to the nation's top tight end.

Williams, the son of former NFL center Brian Williams, reportedly submitted his name to the NFL Draft Advisory Board.

He is expected to announce his decision after No. 25 Minnesota faces No. 16 Missouri in the Citrus Bowl on New Year's Day.
