Tuesday December 8th, 2015

Clemson’s success on the field is paying off on the recruiting trail. The Tigers’ 2016 class features commitments from 12 players, including five ranked in the latest version of the Scout 300. The highest ranked player in the class of 2016 who has pledged to the Tigers is Tavien Feaster. A 6’0,’’ 195-pound running back from Spartanburg, S.C., Feaster ranks No. 1 in the country at his position and No. 16 overall. Clemson also has secured commitments from four-star defensive end Xavier Kelly and four-star quarterback Zerrick Cooper. The Tigers potentially could be in the mix for Rashan Gary, a defensive tackle who attends Paramus Catholic (N.J.) High and currently ranks No. 1 among players in the class of 2016.
