Graham has coached at Arizona State since 2012.
Arizona State has fired head coach Todd Graham after the Sun Devils beat rival Arizona on Saturday to finish 7–5 on the season, a source told SI.com.
The 52-year-old Texan was canned after going 46-31 in six seasons. However, they were just 12-15 in PAC-12 play the past three years and 18-19 overall. Word is Athletic Director Ray Anderson had wanted to move on from Graham for quite a while.
Graham and the rest of his coaching staff are expected to coach in the team's bowl game.
In six seasons at ASU, Graham compiled a 46–31 record and led the Sun Devils to a Pac-12 South Division championship in 2013. He was the Pac-12 Coach of the Year that year.
In 2014, Graham led ASU to a 10–3 record and a No. 12 ranking in the final AP Poll. The season was capped off with Graham leading the Sun Devils to victory over Duke in the Sun Bowl.
However, ASU has not finished with a record above .500 since 2014, finishing 6–7 in 2015 and 5–7 in 2016 before this seasons finish.
