The Clemson Tigers will visit President Donald Trump at the White House on Monday to celebrate the team's 44–16 win over Alabama last week.

After capturing their second national title in three seasons, Trump sent the Tigers their invite to the nation's Capitol along with congratulations for winning the 2019 title.

"Congratulations to a truly great football team, the Clemson Tigers, on an incredible win last night against a powerful Alabama team," the President wrote on Twitter. "A big win also for the Great State of South Carolina. Look forward to seeing the team, and their brilliant coach, for the second time at the W.H."

Trump confirmed Clemson's visit on Friday, tweeting that he was looking forward "to hosting, right out of the great State of South Carolina, the 2019 NCAA Football Champion Clemson Tigers at the White House on Monday, January 14th. What a game, what a coach, what a team!"

Monday marks the second time Coach Dabo Swinney and the Tigers visit Trump at the White House. The team previously made the trip following the title in 2017. This year's trip was organized much faster than Clemson's last ceremony in Washington, which was not set until May and took place on June 12.

Trump said on Monday that the White House would be serving "McDonald's, Wendy's, & Burger King, with some pizza" during the team's visit.

The White House announced Trump was personally catering the visit and serving "everyone's favorite fast foods."

Pictures and video surfaced online Monday revealing the meals.

The Tigers arrived at the Capitol around 6:30 p.m.

Players were pictured walking around the table as they picked up their food.
