Reaction around the Twitterverse on Thursday following the NCAA's announcement of bracketing rules changes for the NCAA tournament provided the general consensus that the new rules should make for a better tournament.

Emerging from the flood of insights, though, came the broadside of the day, when Georgetown blog Casual Hoya uncorked this gem about the Hoyas:

It's wonderful social media, a sharp-witted acknowledgment of a team's past failures in the context of a current news event. In Georgetown's case, the setbacks infamously include losses to 15-, 11-, 11-, 14- and 10-seeds in the last six seasons. Only in 2009 were they not felled by a double-digit seed, and that's because they missed the NCAAs altogether.
