Rodney Hood joined the Blue Devils after playing for Mississippi State in 2011-12.

Advancing prior updates that Duke's Rodney Hood was recovering nicely from a right Achilles' tendon injury suffered in late June at the World University Games tryouts, the News & Observer in Raleigh writes that Hood is now completely recovered.

"He's great," head coach Mike Krzyzewski told the paper on Thursday.
