Mississippi standout guard Marshall Henderson, indefinitely suspended earlier this summer, will return to the team when practice officially begins on Friday, according to CBSSports.com's Gary Parrish. Parrish spoke with Mississippi head coach Andy Kennedy on Tuesday.

Henderson's reinstatement at least for practice is the next step back for the embattled guard, who was suspended on July 10 for a number of incidents that reportedly included failed drug tests. He is still expected to be suspended by the team for a number of games at the start of the season. The school's athletic director, Ross Bjork, told USA Today's Dan Wolken that the number of games hasn't been decided.
