Michigan left tackle Taylor Lewan will play this weekend against Indiana, Wolverines coach Brady Hoke confirmed on Wednesday.
Lewan was injured in the first half of Michigan's 43-40 loss to Penn State last weekend and needed assistance leaving the field after being shaken up. He attempted to re-enter the game in the second quarter but lasted only one more play before leaving the field for good. He did not play in the second half.
On Monday, Hoke told reporters Lewan suffered "a little bit of a hip deal" but should be fine. Hoke confirmed Lewan's return on Wednesday.
