Colorado is set to add another quarterback to its roster. Former Air Force passer Jaleel Awini has announced his intention to transfer to the Buffaloes, according to the Denver Post. The news was first reported by BuffStampede.com.

Awini said he will play either quarterback or wide receiver with the Buffs, who have yet to confirm the news.

Awini was suspended by Air Force early last season, and the school told the Associated Press at the time that he "is no longer a cadet in good standing and is not allowed to represent the Academy in any outside activities, effective immediately." The Falcons announced the suspension the week after a 56-23 loss to Wyoming on Sept. 21. According to a report from the Denver Post last month, Awini left school late in the fall semester.
