Brandon Austin, a former Division I forward who has been investigated for multiple accusations of sexual assault, is heading to play basketball for Hutchinson Community College in Kansas, reports JucoJunction

Austin, a former four-star recruit who was ranked the No. 45 player nationally in the Class of 2013 by Rivals, began his basketball career at Providence College but was suspended from the team in November 2013 after his name was linked to a sexual assault case. Austin then transferred to the University of Oregon in January.

He was dismissed from the Oregon team - along with former teammates Dominic Artis and Damyean Dotson - after being accused of rape by a female student. In June, the university suspended all three as students for at least four years.

Prosecutors declined to pursue the case against the three players because the district attorney determined there "was insufficient evidence to 'prove the allegations beyond a reasonable doubt.'"

Austin has yet to play in a college basketball game.
