Xavier unveils new basketball court
Xavier's basketball teams will be playing on a new court featuring the Cincinnati skyline next season. The university released a design Monday for the new floor in the Cintas Center, where the school's men's and women's basketball teams, plus the volleyball team, play their games.
The court will feature the school's traditional 'X' logo at center court and the skyline outline on the sideline opposite team benches. The new court is expected to be finished in August, in time for the beginning of volleyball season.

The Musketeers' men's team went 21-13 last season and earned a five seed in the NCAA tournament before losing to NC State in the round of 64. The women's team went 8-23 last year.
